Eligibility & Experience:

• Qualified Member of The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI)

• Strong exposure in finalization of financial statements

• Experience in handling statutory audits, tax audits, and Direct Tax matters

• Working knowledge of corporate compliance and regulatory frameworks

• Capability to independently manage client portfolios

• Leadership aptitude with business development orientation (preferred for Partner Designate role)

Key Responsibilities:

• End-to-end handling of audit and assurance assignments

• Finalization and certification engagements

• Tax planning, advisory, and litigation support

• Client relationship management and practice development initiatives

• Supervision and mentoring of article assistants and paid staff
