Kothari K & Associates, Chartered Accountants (FRN 330520E), Rishra, Hooghly, is hiring a full-time Accounts & Tax Executive to handle GST, income tax and accounting work for our business clients[dot] Key responsibilities: • GST: prepare and file GSTR-1 and GSTR-3B, ITC working, and reconcile books with GSTR-2B every month • Draft replies to GST scrutiny notices and show-cause notices, and help prepare appeal papers • Income tax: file returns, help with tax audits (Form 3CD), reconcile books with AIS/TIS and 26AS, handle TDS returns • Accounts: bookkeeping in Tally Prime, bank reconciliations, and finalisation of accounts and financial statements • Bulk Tally imports using our in-house automation tools • Coordinate with clients for data, documents and deadlines Requirements: • B[dot]Com / M[dot]Com, or CA Inter / CMA Inter (dropouts welcome) • 1–3 years of experience in a CA firm or in accounts and taxation (freshers with strong Tally and GST knowledge may apply) • Good working knowledge of Tally Prime, MS Excel and the GST / Income Tax portals • Able to work to deadlines and communicate clearly with clients What we offer: • Salary based on experience and skills • Exposure to GST litigation, audits and accounting automation • Direct guidance from the proprietor and room to grow Location: Rishra, Hooghly, West Bengal (on-site, with client visits when needed) To apply, send your CV to kotharikassociates[at]gmail[dot]com or call +91 6291 584 042[dot]
